Small Team Training Package
– up to 5 employees
If you’re a business owner, executive, manager or team leader who is looking to supercharge your team’s productivity, then this is the package you want. This package is designed for up to five team members who share a similar job function or who are at the same hierarchical level, such as five department heads, five project managers or five sales executives.
This package consists of seven, 75-minute, open-line tele-classes covering all components of Taskology™, plus private, one-to-one consultation calls at mid-course and again at the end to wrap up.
At the beginning of each call, a few minutes will be spent on previous topics and any issues, questions or “a ha-s” that may have surfaced since the last call. Following the lesson for the day, conference lines are opened to provide opportunities for group and 1:1 discussions to ensure all participants are supported as they put the system into action right away. Each call ends with a recap of the day’s topic, plus the assignment of homework to keep participants moving forward with the system between calls.

Large Team Training Package

The Large Team Training Package is designed for participants numbering six or more and having various positions, job functions or duties. This package consists of seven, 75-minute, closed-line tele-classes covering all components of Taskology™.
At the beginning of each call, a few minutes will be spent on previous topics and any issues, questions or “a ha-s” that may have surfaced since the last call. Following the lesson for the day, conference lines are opened to provide opportunities for Leslie to engage with several individuals for continued consultative discussion and training for the benefit of both the individuals and the group.
The last 5-10 minutes of each call will be used for Q & A. Participants will also be able to e-mail their questions to Leslie between classes so she can answer them for anyone who may be having similar issues. Each call ends with a recap of the day’s topic, plus the assignment of homework to keep participants moving forward with the system between calls.
